Due to inadvertent mistake in the judgment dated 10.12.2024, in the cause title, the name of the appellant has been wrongly written as "Sk. Md. Yasin & Ors." instead of "Sk. Md. Mahasin".

Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the judgment dated 10.12.2024. Other portions of the judgment shall remain unaltered.
