Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that the long-standing dispute of the writ petitioner and the Airport Authority of India should come to and end. The parties must turn a new leaf in their relations.

The petitioner is a successful bidder who has accepted the work order for running a parking space in the Kolkata Airport for a period of three months vide a letter reference No. ACC/Comml/Short Term/Carpark/11 dated 31st January 2022 under the Bid No.2021_AAI_95032-I. The petitioner was seriously aggrieved by another tendering process for a period of five years contract where tender was floated on 3rd February 2022 vide E Bid No. 2022 - AAI - 104209. The petitioner is desirous of

participating in the same. The petitioner may do so. The tender shall be finalized by the respondent authorities in accordance with law and the applicable rules. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
