It is submitted on behalf of the respondent bank that the grievance of the petitioner is directed against an e-auction sale.

There are serious issues insofar as the maintainability of the writ petition is concerned. In any event, in view of the repeated nonappearance of the petitioner, WPA 422 of 2025 stands dismissed for default.
