This Court finds that the order which has given rise to the present contempt application has outlived its utility.

The alleged contemnor has found unauthorized construction and issued necessary orders. Such order of demolition was challenged before a coordinate bench and the coordinate bench refused to pass any interim order. The order is under appeal and the order passed with regard to demolition has been stayed by the appeal court.

Under such circumstances, the order of this court had been complied with by the authorities when they had passed the order of demolition.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped.
