Heard learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner.

The writ petitioner is aggrieved by nonconsideration of representation dated 14th October, 2020 being annexure 'P-6' to the writ petition made before the respondent no.5 against the alleged violation of the order of status quo over the land in question by the private respondents by way of making unauthorized construction.

Considering the submissions of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.5 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation being annexure 'P-6' to the writ petition in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner or

authorized representative of the writ petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the -date of communication of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. Let it be recorded that this court has not gone into the merits of the case and respondent concerned is free to decide the case strictly in accordance with law.
