Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others threw bomb. Victim suffered bomb injury. His hand was amputated.

In view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
