Petitioner contends he is not named in the FIR. He had no role to play in trafficking the minor child. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioner was an employee of the nursing home. He helped in trafficking the infant of the said hospital.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the staff of the hospital shows involvement of the petitioner in trafficking the infant.

In view of gravity of the offence and the evidence on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
