None appears in support of the writ petition. The notice for removal of the Pradhan and the meeting scheduled to be held on March 3, 2016 is the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition.

In the opinion of the Court, as the meeting was already directed to be held and the resolution was also directed to be taken, prima facie, it appears that the writ petition has become infructuous.

However, as the petitioner is not present before the Court, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Interim order if any, stands vacated.
