1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the witnesses show petitioner and others had assaulted the victim resulting in his death. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
