The instant matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since , a typographical error occurred in respect of the year of the instant writ petition in the order dated 15.09.2025.

In view of such, at the heading of the order dated 15.09.2025, the figure „2024‟ is deleted and in its place, the figure „2025‟ is inserted.

Necessary correction in this regard is made by me in Court today.

4.

Let the order be treated as part of the order dated 15.09.2025.
