Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that date has been fixed on 2nd March, 2024 for supply of copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the accused persons.

The complainant is aggrieved by the manner in which there has been progress of the case arising out of Titagarh Police Station Case No.95 of 2018. Learned advocate submits that it is the complainant who has suffered for the last six years and there has been no progress in the case.

Record reflects that the case has been fixed for supply of copies. Let copies be supplied on the next date and within 60 days thereafter the learned trial court will try to overcome the stage of consideration of charge. If after consideration of the said stage of charge, the learned trial court is of the opinion that the case

requires to be proceeded in trial, in that case, the learned trial court would fix a date for the purposes of the present case once in every 60 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to any of the parties. All efforts be taken by the stakeholders to conclude the trial at the earliest. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 51 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
