The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment in the post of Assistant Teacher in the subject 'Work Education' and 'Physical Education' under the Category OBC-'B'- Male, he failed to qualify the said selection test.

The petitioner is praying a direction upon the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to disclose his result in the said test.

Patra, learned Counsel for the Commission submits that the panel of the selected candidates has expired long back on December 11, 2019 and the present writ petition since has been filed long five years after the expiry of the said panel, is liable to be dismissed on the ground of limitation alone.

The panel since has already expired long back, no fruitful result would be served by directing the Commission to disclose the result of the petitioner, therefore W.P.A. 285 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
