Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that if the Matrimonial Suit is transferred from the Court of the Learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court, at Alipore to the Court of the Learned Additional District Judge at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman, it would be inconvenient to the opposite party for attending the court.

Court considers that if the Matrimonial Suit is transferred, the opposite party/husband, if required, may appear through video conference.

Learned trial court is directed to accept the appearance of the opposite party/husband through video conference.

In such circumstances Matrimonial Suit No.

2092 of 2023 is withdrawn from the Court of the Learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court, at

Alipore and assigned to the Court of the Learned Additional District Judge at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman.

The transferor court is directed to send the entire record to the transferee court for trial, in accordance with law.

CO 40 of 2024 stands disposed of.
