Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he is willing to compromise the issues due to the disputes relating to the garage.

Both the parties can come up on the issue of adjustment/compromise/settlement.

If the petitioner being the accused and the complainant can arrive at issues which makes out situation for settling the nature of dispute, learned magistrate in accordance with the provisions of NI Act and the settled position of law would allow the petitioner to compound the offence.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 46 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
