Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had assaulted his wife. Medical report discloses blunt trauma all over the body. In view of the aforesaid nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
