The petitioner is as an Assistant Teacher of the subject 'Biological Science' at Rajyadharpur Netaji High School (H.S.), District- Hooghly and the respondent no. 7 is an Assistant Teacher of the same subject at Muthadanga R.K. High School (H.S.), Mayapur, District : Hooghly, they have applied for mutual transfer.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the said applications are pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no. 3 herein. The respondent no. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the said applications for mutual transfer in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order, after giving them an opportunity of hearing. W.P.A. 277 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
