...for the alleged contemnors The alleged contemnors are personally present in Court and have tendered apology. The delay is caused due to bifurcation of the District and the alleged contemnor no.1 has assumed office on 13th September, 2021.

The explanation offered for delayed compliance of our order is accepted. The final order is disclosed in the affidavit. The alleged contemnor no.1 has assured that within one week from date, the certified copies of the orders as passed on 22nd November, 2021, 20th December, 2021 and 19th January, 2022 shall be supplied to the petitioner.

In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order passed by the alleged contemnor no.1 and wish to prefer an appeal therefrom, the period of limitation shall not commence till this date.

In the event an application for certified copies is filed on or before 1st May, 2023, within a week thereafter the alleged contemnors shall furnish the certified copies of the orders applied for so as to enable the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The contempt application is disposed of upon accepting the apology tendered by the alleged contemnors. Rule stands discharged.
