Pursuant to the order dated 10.12.2024 Mr.

K. J. Yusuf, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the state submits a report. Report reflects that Techno City PS Case No. 19/24 dated 29.01.2024 was registered for investigation and the police authorities after completion of investigation has submitted Techno City PS Charge Sheet No. 22/2024 dated 28.02.2024 before the jurisdictional court. In view of the nature of the prayers advanced in the writ petition, the prima facie act of the police authorities relating to registration of the FIR is deemed to have been completed.

However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the findings of the Investigating Agency, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional court

under section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 265 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
