Alleging illegal and unauthorized construction at the behest of the private respondent nos. 5 and 6, the instant writ petition has been filed.

The petitioner would complain that the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 have been carrying out illegal construction in Dag No. 234/281, Mouza - Nadibhag, J.L. No. 75 P.S. Madhyamgram, District - North 24 Parganas. 3.

Although, the private respondents are not represented in Court, the learned advocate for the municipality would contend that the private respondents have not carried out any illegal construction. The construction is on the basis of sanctioned building plan. 4.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, I am of the view in the peculiar facts noted hereinabove, there is no scope to direct the municipal authorities to proceed further, however, the

WPA 446 of 2025 municipal authorities must communicate the particulars of the sanctioned building plan to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
