Apparently, the wife was driven away from her matrimonial home.

There is a child of nine years who is presently with the mother.

Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of investigation.

Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM(A) 55 of 2024 is dismissed.
