1. The petitioners renew their prayer for bail which was rejected twice earlier on merits. Insofar as the petitioner no.1 is concerned, his prayer was rejected twice, first on August 14, 2024 in CRM (DB) 2152 of 2024 and then on December 11, 2024 in CRM (DB) 4086 of 2024. Insofar as the petitioner no.3 is concerned, his prayer was rejected earlier, first on August 21, 2024 in CRM (DB) 2204 of 2024 and thereafter on December 11, 2024 in CRM (DB) 4086 of 2024. Insofar as the petitioner no.2 is concerned, his prayer for bail was rejected on December 11, 2024 in CRM (DB) 4086.

2. The charge against the petitioners is grave. They collected money by promising to procure jobs as teachers as well as medical personnel. Such people are a veritable danger to the society. If enlarged on bail, they are likely to engage in Signed By :

similar misdeed. We are not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

3. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
