Sen Mr. Jaladhi Das .....for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by reason of an order dated 25th January, 2023 passed in WPA 1604 of 2023 whereby the Collector, North 24 Parganas was directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner in WPA 1604 of 2023 by passing a reasoned order within a certain time frame. The State is represented.

WPA 300 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
