Public Prosecutor Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ... ... for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is a salaried individual. It is further submitted petitioner has no role to play in the crime of inviting deposits from innocent customers. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

In terms of our order dated 09.01.2023, report with regard to involvement of the petitioner in other offences is placed on record. From the report it appears that an organised crime racket carried on business in the name and style of Anashvision Consultancy Pvt. Ltd and induced innocent persons to invest. Petitioner is involved in the affairs of the company. She has been implicated in two more cases. In view of the involvement of the petitioner in multiple cases at various centres, it cannot be said that the role of the petitioner was a minimal one.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
