1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 165 days. Investigation is complete. As such, there is no need for his further detention in the custody.

2. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. According to him, there are sufficient incriminating materials against the present petitioner. He has drawn our attention to the seizure list wherein it is shown that one fire arm was recovered from the house of the present petitioner. Learned advocate for the State also pointed out that charge is yet to be framed. If the petitioner is enlarged on bail, the prosecution may suffer.

3. We have considered the materials in the Case Diary. We find that there are sufficient incriminating materials against the petitioner. One fire arm is recovered from the house of the present petitioner. Charge is yet to be framed.

4. In view of the material on record, we are not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, at this stage.

5. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
