The petitioner has challenged an ex parte decree dated July 8, 2021 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Bongaon, North 24-Parganas, in Matrimonial Suit No.336 of 2020, for dissolution of marriage.

This revisional application is not maintainable as the order impugned is an appealable order.

The revisional application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to act and proceed in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

The petitioner is at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order impugned, upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.

The plea of the petitioner for availability of the time during which the matter was being proceeded with before this Court, shall be dealt with by the appropriate court, in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
