3. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

4. Consequentially all connected applications shall also stand dismissed.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. L.C.R., if any, may be returned to the Court below.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
