Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are incurable defects in the instant writ petition for which she prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. The West Bengal Central School Service Commission is represented.

In view of such submission, I allow the prayer and dismiss the writ petition as 'not pressed' with liberty to file a fresh one on the self-same cause of action.
