This is an application for restoration of the writ petition being WPA 282 of 2022. By an order dated July 13, 2022 the writ petition was dismissed for default. Upon perusing the grounds stated in paragraph 2 of the said application, this Court is of the view that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from attending the Court, when the writ petition was dismissed for default. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of. The writ petition is restored to its original file and number.
