The report of the Registry dated 05.09.2024 indicates that the appellants have not taken steps to put in requisite for service of notice of appeal on the respondent nos. 1 to 5.

It appears that the appellants are not interested to pursue the appeal any further.

A Co-ordinate bench had directed on 26th August, 2011 that the appellants shall put in requisite within 2 weeks. In default, the matter was to be put up for final orders.

In view of the directions of the Co-ordinate bench dated 26th August, 2011, F.M.A. 1055 of 2011 shall stand dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Let the TCR, if any, be sent to the Court below. 7.

The Registry shall notify the Court below of the instant order.
