At the stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead pray for relaxation on condition of bail before the appropriate forum on the self same cause of action.

On his prayer, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

The Criminal Section is directed to return the certified copy of the order appended with the revision petition to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner on usual undertakings and upon furnishing photostat copy of the same for record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
