Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have made a representation dated 13th May, 2019 before the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Purba Medinipur being the respondent no. 5 in the instant writ petition but such representation has not been considered by the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Purba Medinipur being the respondent no. 5 till date. Mr.

Majumder, learned Government Pleader submits that he does not have any objection for consideration of the representation but the said representation should be considered in the light of the Memorandum No. 539-SE (P & B)/SL-SS-61/10 (Pt) dated 1st November, 2010.

Heard both the parties.

The District Inspector of Schools (PE), Purba Medinipur, being the respondent no. 5 is requested to consider the representation dated 13th May, 2019 of the petitioner in the light of the

Memorandum No. 539-SE (P & B)/SL-SS-61/10 (Pt) dated 1st November, 2010 and pass a reasoned order, as early as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing and to allow the petitioners to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing.

It is needless to say that the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Purba Medinipur being the respondent no. 5 is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioners at the earliest. Learned advocate on record of the petitioners are also requested to serve a copy of this writ petition along with this order to the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Purba Medinipur being the respondent no. 5.

With the above direction WPA 306 of 2021 is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
