Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner has been rejected earlier. Voter's identity card had been obtained on the basis of forged documents.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
