It appears from the affidavit of compliance that the order under contempt has been complied with.

That the applicants/petitioners are aggrieved by the calculation made by the authority is a separate issue altogether and shall give rise to fresh cause of action.

Since the order under contempt has been complied with, the contempt application being CPAN 25 of 2023 is disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs.
