Petitioner made an application for transfer on off-line mode on 24th June, 2024 and prayer is made to transfer the petitioner on medical ground.

However, on perusal of the application dated 24th June, 2024 it does not appear that petitioner is suffering from diseases as specified in the relevant transfer rules which makes the petitioner eligible to pray for transfer on medical ground.

Hence, the writ petition cannot be entertained and same stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to make an appropriate application for transfer in off-line mode on medical ground if petitioner or any member of his family that is wife or son or daughter is suffering from ailments as specified in the transfer rules.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
