1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Execution Case No.55 of 2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, at Alipore, South 24-Parganas.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that Title Suit No.6 of 2023 filed by the petitioner had been decreed on contest on April 10, 2025. It is submitted that the said decree has been put into execution and the execution case is pending.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, the learned Execution Court is requested to dispose of Title Execution Case No.55 of 2025

expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties keeping in mind the specific mandate of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Periyammal vs V. Rajamani reported at 2025 SCC Online SC 507.

5. CO 52 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.
