As the very beginning the petitioner has admittedly made a mistake in spelling and with such sense of spelling a person cannot be allowed to be a primary teacher. I have asked one spelling namely, 'Durga' which also she spelt wrongly as 'দূর্গা' whereas the right spelling is 'দুর্গা'. Therefore, I think that the performance on that particular day of the petitioner was not up to the mark and we need not spend further time to see the video of the interview. I accept the result i.e. the marks given by the experts in the interview and communicated to this court as correct assessment and, therefore, the writ application is dismissed. The pen drive which was taken out of a sealed cover is to be sealed again by the Court Officer and is to be handed over to the learned advocate Mr. Banerjee so that he can send it back to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

The cost imposed upon the Board is not recalled and the petitioner is at liberty to encash the cheque as has been given by the Board.

The petitioner prays for addition of one line in this order with which I agree i.e. the dismissal of this writ application will in no way be considered for her future performance and it will have no bearing upon the petitioner's future.
