Petitioner is in custody for 75 days. He renews his prayer for bail.

The learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had married the minor. Thereafter she was subjected to torture. As a consequence she committed suicide. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Trial has progressed. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
