Petitioners were implicated in a previous police case. They were enlarged on bail. Subsequent to the petitioners being enlarged on bail in the previous police case, they went and threatened the de facto complainant in the previous police case.

Eye-witness recorded a statement under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code implicating the petitioners in the incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 60 of 2024 is dismissed.
