Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Ms. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the foundation of the criminal case is on the basis of a false experience certificate and other certificates which is the genesis of the criminal case.

Learned advocate relies upon the various documents to claim the bona fide of the petitioner regarding the genuineness and authenticity of the documents which are the core subject of the registration of the FIR particularly relating to cognizable offences. The investigation of the case is in progress. Petitioner would forward all the documents which are in his custody to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer will acknowledge the

same by way of production list. The Investigating Officer thereafter will consider the genuineness and authenticity of the documents and then only file his report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 51 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
