1. We find from the records that the appellants have been repeatedly absent at the time of call whereas the respondent no.1 has been consistently represented through counsel.

2. By an order dated December 24, 2024, we had recorded that despite notice being given, none appeared for the appellants and had fixed the matter as a last chance for hearing.

3. Even today, at the time of call, none appears for the appellants, although the respondent no.

is represented through counsel.

4. Accordingly, FA 156 of 2019 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. It will be open to the respondent no.1 to take steps accordingly.
