The petitioner is serving as an Assistant Teacher in Bengali (Pass) of Manikchak N.B. High Madrasah (H.S.), district Malda.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she has applied for general transfer but the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission, respondent no. 2 herein is not considering her such prayer.

W.P.A. 322 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider the prayer of the petitioner for general transfer in accordance with law.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.
