Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. She has stated that the petitioner had forcibly ravished her in a field.

In view of the aforesaid evidence on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.

We request the trial court to conclude the trial at an early date preferably within six months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6.

Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for due compliance.
