This matter has come at the instance of the decreeholder. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that this appeal has now become infructuous since FMA 1627 of 2000 was dismissed by a Coordinate Bench. Record shows that FMA 1627 of 2000 was dismissed on 19th December, 2018.

In view thereof, this appeal should not be shown as pending before us.

The department shall take note of the fact that FMA 1627 of 2000 with CAN 6635 of 2017 in C.R. 2536(M) of 1994 were all disposed of by the order dated 19th December, 2018.

No further order is necessary.
