Notwithstanding other co-accused being enlarged on bail and the police filing charge sheet, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in view of the dying declaration of the victim.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM (A) 62 of 2024 is disposed of.
