1. In view of the fact that the entire awarded amount has been secured by the appellant in the pending proceeding, the interim order passed on 2nd February, 2022 shall continue till the disposal of the application for setting aside of the award filed under Section of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 presently pending before the Commercial Court at Rajarhat.

2. We request the learned Judge, Commercial Court to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible.

3. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected applications stand disposed of.

4. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
