Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Ratna Ghosh, learned advocate. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

Having regard to the verbal instruction so advanced on behalf of the petitioners, the revisional application being CRR 61 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.
