1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the record.

2. The Officer-in-charge, Belghoria Police Station has submitted a report dated 23rd April, 2023 before this Court, which is also kept with the record.

3. The petitioner has been escorted back into her house. The report of the police as well as the submissions of the private respondents and her Advocate appointed by the State Legal Service Authority in no uncertain terms indicate that the petitioner's behaviour is far from satisfactory. The petitioner shall be sufficiently cautioned against filing misleading pleadings before this Court.

4. It appears from the submissions of the parties and particularly, her Advocate appointed by the State Legal Services Authority that the petitioner has serious grievances against one and all. The allegations against

the private respondents made in the writ petition are not substantiated.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
