Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

A number of persons suffered injuries in an incident of assault with one person being murdered.

Petitioner stands implicated in such incident. Since the police case involve murder and complicity of the petitioner appears from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM(A) 64 of 2024 is dismissed.
