In view of the fact that one of the documents annexed to the petition does not appear to be genuine, Mr. Bhattacharyya, while contending petitioner was unaware of such fact and had inadvertently utilised the document as the same had been annexed to a writ petition filed before this Court by a co-accused, seeks to withdraw the application and file afresh.

Such liberty is granted.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
