At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in such event, the three complaints made by

the petitioner may also be decided in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by noting that the respondents are expected to deal with the petitioner's complaints as well and if any proceeding is commenced and/or continued against the petitioner or, for that matter, on the complaint/s of the petitioner, principles of natural justice have to be strictly adhered to. As affidavits were not called for, the allegations made are deemed not to have been admitted.
